Ministerial Application - Type I
These applications are Ministerial Reviews (Type 1 Application) which take up to 30 days to review. As a general description of this process, most of the applications are subject to comments from other agencies. The only applications that are considered permitted and take less than 30 days are septic site evaluations and repairs unless the property is located in a hazard overlay that requires additional permitting or have open enforcement issues that have to be considered. Once staff receives all of the necessary submittal requirements and the fee the 30 day timeline starts. Please note that if your development requires an access/driveway/parking sign off from the Coos County Road Department a Zoning Compliance Letter cannot be issued until this is completed.
