Joseph started working in Coos County in February of 2024, as a Deputy District Attorney.  He obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree and a Latin Legum Magister Degree in Taxation from University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2020.  Joseph practiced tax law before becoming a prosecutor, representing and advising both the IRS and taxpayers in California and Oregon. Joseph is currently handling misdemeanor and C felony cases.
