Jody began working in Coos County in September of 2015. She was promoted to Chief District Attorney and is now the presiding District Attorney.   Prior to coming to Coos County, Jody worked as a prosecutor in Cowlitz County, Washington for over six years.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Willamette University in 2001, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2008. Jody handles murder cases and major felony cases.
